2009 is Here is Here

Happy New Year! WOW, 2008 is officially over. Where did it go? If you're like me then the whole year just flew by. The last time I checked I had just found out I was pregnant and Eric and I were planning baby names. Now Lil' Missy is here and we are so excited to be welcoming 2009. Eric and I made last minute plans to go to his brother's NEW YEAR BASH. We put Reagan to bed at Grandma's (my mom this time) and headed out. It's funny but when we got in the car after putting the baby to bed Eric cranked the music to "get the party started" (his words) and I immediately wanted to tell him to turn it down for fear that it would wake the baby. She wasn't even with us! I felt that way at the party, too. I kept having to suppress the urge to shush people, HA! The baby was safe and sound at Grandma's sleeping peacefully. Hard to shake the mommy tendencies I guess. Anyway, here's to 2009 and all the new adventures that it's going to bring!
